We went through the drive-thru today. We were told to go wait in a parking spot and someone would bring our food out. We waited 25 minutes before a worker came out and told us they had given our food to the car beside us...who had left 15 minutes before and didn't realize we were still waiting. She didn't apologize or even attempt to make it right.
