Even though I am a regular customer of this place, last week I had my worst experience here. I ordered through the drive-thru, and the staff seemed too busy talking to each other to properly take my order. When I went to the window to make my payment, they asked me to repeat my order multiple times, which made me think they might have had difficulty understanding English. I didn't catch their names, but I believe they were Camelle and Rochelle, and both appeared to be from the Philippines. They didn't have any customer service skills and continued chatting with each other. After asking me to wait in the parking area, I waited for about 10-15 minutes before they brought my food, which was cold and turned out to be the wrong order. As a result, I don't plan on visiting this place again.
