We went to this restaurant for the very first time for my husband's birthday. There were 6 of us.while the service was good the food was terrible. 10 out of the 14 meats were dry and all fat. And the pineapple was dry and still had the skin on . I was extremely disappointed and to top it off they charged us 18% mandatory gratuity. For two people no drinks or dessert meal only $170 RIDICULOUS for a terrible meal. Horrible first time experience will not go back.

We used to really enjoy this restaurant, but our experience on December 26 was extremely disappointing. We had a reservation for two and arrived on time. The restaurant was not overly busy, yet we were seated in a back corner where service was slow and inconsistent, often feeling overlooked.

Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse offers always great food with a wide variety of meats and flavours, including top sirloin and Parmesan pork. The meat comes often, though some guests noted it did not come around as much as it used to, and prime cut of beef was only seen once. The salad bar is delicious and the salad selection is equally impressive. Service is a highlight, with friendly and polite staff, including servers Nicole, Rafaela, and Ruan, who are incredibly attentive, professional, and playful. Guests felt well taken care of and welcomed. The restaurant is laid out nicely. A complimentary anniversary dessert was a thoughtful touch. However, one guest found the sausage weird and did not like it. Another guest ordered two drinks with alcohol but could not taste it and felt no effect, finding this super sus. There is a wish for a cheaper option for kids, as a 12-year-old barely eats enough to make it worth it. Overall, guests highly recommend the amazing experience and will return again.
