I am deeply disappointed by the discriminatory treatment my party and I received. The front desk attendant, a white lady, greeted white patrons warmly and seated them promptly while making us wait an additional 20 minutes with a cold demeanor even though most tables were unoccupied. The reason given—that there weren't enough waiters—was absurd. Such behavior is unacceptable and indicative of racial discrimination. Management should address this issue promptly to ensure all customers are treated with respect and dignity.

Went to Pampa on Ellerslie yesterday and to say the least it was one of the worst meals ever. Being in the food service industry myself it was easy to tell the food at the salad bar was from lunchtime or before. Finding anything fresh was like looking for buried treasure. Then when they finally brought the meat to the table there wasn't enough on the skewer for both me and my partner. The price is high which is to be expected if you are serving a quality product but unfortunately they weren't.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, I would like to share my experience from my last visit that was on Valentine's Day about three weeks ago... first of all me and my wife we got sick after the dinner. I was recovered after a couple days, but my wife still in a recovery process....from my opinion something was wrong with the food.... secondly the bottle of wine that was served was in the wrong temperature. It was too warm. I spoke with the manager today and he had admitted that there were other complaints regarding wine and they change the temperatures after.... another thing is that first half an hour the waiters they were running like crazy. They came literally every 30 seconds to our table with different kinds of meats but what happened after it's disappointing after half an hour you could barely find them and I was running to find them and asked what's going on guys are you OK? Where are you? The only positive thing from this dinner is that I saw only one waiter that was around I think his name was Ali anyway had a very bad experience from that dinner I don't want to go back again to this branch!!!!!!

Pretty interesting place. A friend took us here as a treat. We had the all you can eat option. A selection of 15 different types of meat circulate around the room with servers offering you a piece. Salad and sides bar had some very tasty unique salads and items. If they offer you grilled pineapple on the stick, take it! Very tasty ? The price is high but keep in mind you're partly paying for the experience and a higher than average salad and sides bar. Don't eat much all day before going so you can eat your money's worth!Thank you friends for the gift of this unique experience ?
