My boyfriend and I came in a day before my birthday for my birthday dinner and weren't offered a bday dessert ( when you spend 200+ on a dinner for only 2 people you would think that you get a little bday treat ) oh well. We went to the mall the day after my bday and ate there again and had Jacquie as our server and she was awesome!! And she also got me a birthday dessert which I really appreciated. Props to her.

Katrina, our server, was absolutely incredible. DO NOT order the crab cakes. They are disgusting. She was very understanding and not only took them off of our bill, but gave us free desert to compensate. 10/10 service. Thank you Katrina!!!

There was so much hype about this location, but our experience was a bit underwhelming.The portion size of the meal I ordered was pretty small and not very flavorful.Not once did our server come and check in on how our meal was.Overall very different dining experience than other reputed restaurants.

We came to the West Edmonton Mall Cactus Club for my birthday and it was hands down THE BEST restaurant experience we have ever had!When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the staff at the front desk with a “Hello and Happy Birthday” and promptly shown to our reserved seating.A short while later our server - Teya - came by with glasses of water in hand to start us off with and took both our drink and meal orders.Not long after, our orders were brought out to us; I ordered the Thai Green Curry and my wife ordered the CharGrilled Steak. These were both fantastic meals!My wife’s steak was a little underdone than how she likes it so we mentioned it to the server and the plate was promptly taken back to the kitchen to resolve the issue; at most, we were just hoping it would be put back on the grill for a few minutes .We were completely blown away by the service we received! Not only was my wife’s entire dish remade but the Manager - Finley - came up to our table and personally apologized; told us the meal was on them tonight, and triple checked that my wife’s meal was perfect to her liking!Once our meal was complete the Manager came back and chatted with us a bit and brought up the fact that it was my birthday; told us that if we’d let them they’d like to treat us to two cheesecakes on the house!If we were not already overwhelmed by the care and attention they have for their customers, this was the cherry on top. Customer satisfaction here is second to none!The staff and in particular - Finley and Teya - gave us both a birthday celebration to remember! We will definitely be returning and telling our friends about our incredible experience!

Went here for my child's 1st birthday and it was a great experience. The food was delicious as always at Cactus Club, and our server was exceptional. It's too bad I didn't get her name, but she really deserves credit for great service. I go out a lot and find that a lot of servers these days expect a good tip no matter what level of service they provide, so it's really refreshing to get a server that actually put in effort and really took care of our needs. She was very friendly, mature, professional, and best of all, she knew how to communicate with my 6 year old. He is very sensitive and can get triggered easily, but the server knew exactly how to handle the situation and joked with him the whole time and thankfully, he was smiling and happy the whole time which ensured the birthday dinner went smoothly. And without my even asking, the server brought a free cheesecake slice for my child's bday and it was beautifully decorated. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The food and ambience was wonderful, and the awesome service made it even better. Thank you for making my child's 1st birthday party amazing!!!Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids there. Accommodating. High chairs.

We had the best anniversary dinner. price is just about right coz Food is fantastic! My children enjoyed their meal. We have new Go-To for special occasions.
