Disappointed and Misled ……Poor Quality and Questionable Practices I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at Cactus Club West Edmonton left me no choice. I ordered a steak dish expecting consistency and quality, but what I received was nothing short of insulting. As clearly shown in the photo, I was served two completely different cuts of meat on the same plate. One piece was properly grilled, tender, and fresh. The other looked and tasted like it had been pre-cooked, reheated, and passed off as fresh , grayish, rubbery, lacking sear, and clearly of lower quality. It’s hard not to feel like this was a deliberate attempt to cut corners and hope the customer wouldn’t notice. This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable, especially in a place that markets itself as quality-driven. It shows a lack of respect for the customer and raises serious questions about the restaurant’s standards. Unfortunately, this experience reflects not just poor execution, but a worrying lack of transparency and professionalism. I won’t be returning , and I’d caution others who care about what they’re being served. As a token gesture, the restaurant offered me a beer and a dessert , a clear and unequivocal admission of guilt.

It was a perfect place to start our night! Thank you, as always, for the great food, service and ambience!

My wife’s bowl was bad. The chicken was overcooked and the rice was cold the dish had no flavour. It was the worst restaurant meal she has ever had. My chicken meal was just ok. Our two guests seemed to enjoy their meals. On the brighter side our desserts were good.

Hosted hubby's birthday party with 20 guests and it was a great evening out. The ambience and flavourful food were particularly outstanding. I recommend.

Truly a wonderful experience. Food and service were both impeccable. The atmosphere feels full of buzz and excitement yet my individual booth felt so nicely private because of the wonderful seating layout. I will definetely be a regular here !

We ordered the lettuce wraps (8/10) and truffle fries (8/10) both were good. The lettuce wraps are spicy so if you’re not a spicy fan you will not enjoy it.
For the main we had the chicken parmesan (8/10) truffle and chicken quesadilla (8.5/10). Would definitely come back for the chicken quesadilla.

My friends took me there for a late birthday dinner yesterday, normally I have no problems with Cactus club, food is normally great, but this time I’ve been feeling sick since I left which was over 12 hours ago, I’m not sure which dish did it, but I feel like shit.

Weird Experience. Professional Managers. Hosts are sometimes rude. Not the best service but also not the worst. Food is OK, expensive and but not amazing food. Calamari is perfect. Anything with shrimp... the shrimp is overcooked.
