I went to Carl’s Jr. late at night, and when I arrived, only the drive-thru was open. The staff initially informed me that dine-in wasn’t available. However, *Aman* kindly allowed us to eat inside since it was cold outside. She was extremely accommodating, and her team, including Shivam and another team member, provided exceptional customer service. I truly appreciate the effort and warmth they showed. Thank you so much, *Aman*, for making our experience enjoyable!

Have been going here since it opened. Have never had to pay for extra sauce until today. They gave me 2 sauces then made me go back to and pay for them. Will not be coming back.

Ordered through Uber Eats around 1 AM, so I was expecting a pretty average experience but Carl’s Jr went above and beyond! Our group order was carefully packaged, with each meal individually wrapped and labeled. They even included a complimentary drink, which was such a nice surprise. Everything arrived fresh, complete, and well prepared despite the late hour and large order. Really impressed!

She was definitely so polite and nice even after getting treated poorly by a fellow co worker (not of her nationality)!!
We felt very bad for her. But she kept smiling and still helped all of us that was there even making my son laugh by making silly faces with him.

Her service was quick and polite, and she made sure everything was handled perfectly. It’s not often you meet someone who treats customers with such genuine respect, especially late at night.
