Honestly just another expensive burger joint. Greasy waffle fries, greasy jalapeño poppers, greasy greasy greasy. Not a different taste than any other. No point to this store I won't be back. I got a coupon for a free drink, and I still won't be back that's how non-mentionable their food is. Their western burger = McDonald's western, their greasy ass fries are on the bottom of the list behind Wendy's, A&W, McDonald's, and maybe even Burger King.

This place has Great fresh hot food decent prices and great portions . Staff is always friendly , Straws are plastic ??????. And they don't charge extras for dips. milkshakes are great .

Stop by at 11:00 at night after long day at work with the wife and she provided such exceptional service that it made our evening. Employee needs to raise at a promotion

First time trying the double western bacon cheeseburger, i always heard nothing but great things about it…. And wow did it ever live up to the hype, definitely the best fast food burger out there, I don’t see it getting any better. 9.8/10 That being said though, it’s the 2nd Best burger I ever had, the chipotle bacon double cheeseburger @ Jack’s Cafe in Eastend, SK is the best burger on this planet. (Read my review on that)
The waffle fries were just as good as the first time I bought them, I don’t need any sauce for them, they smack straight outta the bag. 9/10
Still have a lot of Oreo/Cookies & Cream Milkshakes to see which is the best but Carl’s makes a solid one 8.5/10
Left 1 star for atmosphere because I didn’t eat in, I’m sure it’s like every other fast food joint tho so nothing really to write about ??♂️

All the staff are very nice and it’s very clean inside. They bring your food to your table too, you don’t get that from too many fast food places anymore. We always come here and always leave happy.

We got the famous burger and the Carl's burger. The lettuce was wet making the whole burger wet and mushy. The burger Fell apart and was a mess. Kinda grossed out. It was expensive. We didn't like it. It's a No for me.

The quality has gone downhill with this visit. I hope it's just a one off thing.
I had the El Diablo burger, no sides. The patty had the texture of and tasted like a cheap frozen patty.
The onion ring on my burger was mushy like paste.
The burger was just dripping with grease.
Based on this experience, I probably won't be back any time soon. Very disappointing.
