First time coming here and was impressed :) nice simple wine menu but with enough variety to order what I like. Food was good I had the penne with Italian sausage dish was excellent. Lasagna was huge great portion. The noodles were a bit off on the lasagna but other than that very enjoyable. Service was the best part everything just so professional and friendly at the same time. Our waiter was incredible and authentic. Will definitely be coming back again for another date night :)

Chianti’s is a pretty good pasta joint, especially on Tuesdays when theirs a deal on the pasta's! The Modigliani pasta is delicious and i enjoy the Carbonara quite a bit as well.

Have been going there for 35 yrs. No matter where my life takes me, when I'm in Edmonton I make it a priority to eat at least once at Chianti The insalada for two is the best ! And make sure you save room for dessert!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to this incredible restaurant that went above and beyond during the Jasper evacuation. Not only did they offer free meals to evacuees, but they did so with such kindness and generosity, making us feel cared for during a stressful time. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to want to make everyone feel comfortable.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and just what we needed after a chaotic week. Our experience at this restaurant helped turn an otherwise uneventful birthday into a truly memorable one. I wasn’t expecting much of a celebration with everything going on, but the thoughtful gesture and wonderful service made the day feel brighter and more meaningful.
This restaurant is a shining example of what it means to be part of a community. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Thank you so much for making this difficult time, a little bit easier for so many Jasperites!

We were there early for our reservation and they seated us within a few minutes. The food was delicious!!! The service was friendly and very good. We'll be back again soon!!! Busy place so be sure to make a reservation!!
Parking: We parked on the street a block behind Chiantis. Less than a 5 min walk. Parking was only a couple dollars.
Food was a little slow to arrive - it was a busy night for the. However, waiter was great, and one of our party got a complimentary slice of cheesecake as it was her birthday!

I have loved Chianti for years. Recently, I needed a dessert for a dinner party. I called the night before and was able to order a raspberry chocolate ganache…a full size. I went to pick it up the next afternoon. I had a couple glasses of vino, picked up my ganache. I was treated with the utmost customer care.
