First time there and it was really good. Been looking for a place that offers grass jelly and pudding so was super happy that they did. The only thing they could improve on is how they serve hot drinks to go. Hot drinks really shouldn't go into a cup that would work better for pop and giving a bubble tea straw to drink a hot beverage isn't ideal so the customer can actually enjoy the drink while it's hot instead of having to wait for it to cook down so they can drink it through a straw.
I gave them 3 stars because the straws are to small and the pearls don’t go through the straw. They need wider

The tea was delicious, it's a cute little spot.My only issue, was they had the air conditioning on, and it was rather chilly if you were sitting there for more than 5-10 minutes. Otherwise, quite enjoyable. Friendly staff.

This is a convenient locationsince it's one of the few bubble tea places open part 9pm on weekends. They're open till 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Highly recommend brown sugar Jasmin milk tea! It’s the best!!!

Terrible experience asked for pearls in the boba but they forgot to charge it and then they asked me to pay $.050 or they wouldn’t put pearls in the drinks.

Sadly, a really poor experience. Training manager was extremely rude to trainee, then overcharged us quoting “tax” that would have amounted to 100%, not 5% GST compared to their menu. With so many other fantastic bubble tea businesses in this city, skip this location.
