The decor is refined yet cozy, with white linen tablecloths and art lined walls creating a sophisticated atmosphere without feeling stuffy. We made a dinner reservation and were seated promptly at a comfortable table by attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. The menu features a mix of continental dishes and modern twists, with options for vegetarians and those seeking lighter fare. We started with a creamy dill pickle soup and a charcuterie platter, both beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. Our mains included schnitzel, salmon and a tender beef stroganoff, each cooked to perfection and accompanied by thoughtful sides. The dessert menu is equally impressive; the flourless chocolate torte and cheesecake were decadent without being overly sweet. We complemented our meal with selections from the extensive beer and wine lists, and our server’s pairing suggestions elevated the dishes. The bistro caters to a diverse crowd; we noticed couples, families and groups celebrating special occasions. Accessibility features such as a wheelchair friendly entrance and washrooms make it welcoming to everyone, and there is paid parking nearby as well as some free street parking. Went for my husbands birthday dinner. First time at continental treat and its was very good . There was 5 of us and we all enjoyed our appetizer, dinners and desert . Service was great as well

We’ve been going to Continental Treat Fine Bistro for a while now and it’s always a great experience. My girlfriend is gluten free so it’s perfect that she can have anything on the menu. The schnitzel is our usual favorite but this time we tried the Hungarian goulash and chicken supreme and both were amazing. Also love that they now sell frozen perogies to take home. So good!

Love love love this place. As a celiac i feel safe to dine in and have so much freedom to explore the food. Definitely always recommend. My number 1 place to celebrate birthdays or other celebrations!!!!

Me and my bf had an amazing experience together here. We were greatly impressed with the customer service and food. The Arctic Char was really good and so was the Salmon Pate. Our Server Maria was really kind and helpful. I forgot my phone in our seat and she was swift with retrieving my phone and bringing it back to us right when we were about to make our way to the car. Overall this was an amazing fine dining experience. Definitely coming back.
