A vegan chain of restaurants offering plenty of options from breakfast muffins to burgers, to power bowls. We tried the asian fusion and aztec super bowls with tofu cubes, galaxy burger with oven baked fries, bao buns and the ramen bowl. We also had a ghandi and revolution smoothie, which were both tasty and refreshing. The food felt healthy and was super filling. Each meal went down well and the sauces/dressings were tasty. The staff were friendly, the food arrived quick and there’s lots to choose from.

Great tasting plant based food packed with flavor. I recommend the General Copper bowl, even though I'm not a vegetarian I still find this bowl super amazing and tasty
We tried the portobello and shiitake burgers with fries. Absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere, and very friendly staff were the icing on the cake. Love this place and the next time we are in Edmonton we will definitely be back. Wish we had more vegan options in Saskatchewan.

Watched an employee from there be nasty to someone on the phone and than hung up on them.
P.S. leaving a hostile comment assuming I’m an employee somewhere when I witnessed this as customer is actually astonishing. Feel free to ask the neighbouring businesses to ask if I’m employed there. I’m a student, who isn’t actually employeed anywhere with the income source of student loans. But thanks for assuming :)

They forgot my sauce and scammed me out of a 1.30$ I was really looking forward to the food and the SAUCE!!! Maybe take the time to read the order because this is disappointing. Will no longer order from here as they’ve made this mistake before.

As someone who isn’t vegan, but loves food isn’t super picky, I’ve loved copper branch. I’ve had it many times, and have taken friends here often who all have loved it. The burgers are all good, the sides are also all yummy. Definitely a spot to bring vegan friends if they’re in town, or even just try something new :)
