Falafel wrap is the worst Ive ever tasted. There’s carrots and very little mayo. The falafel itself tastes like raw flour. Also vegan wings taste like rubbery bland flour. Good and politeservers but everything is pre made and given in 2-3 minutes.

I was excited to try Copper Branch but was sadly disappointed. The portions were small for the price and the food was merely "meh". I honestly could have made a better burger at home. The grilled cheese in my daughter's kids meal was practically inedible for her. The ciabatta bread was so rubbery and the fries soggy. Definitely will not be a repeat customer as there are much better vegan/vegetarian options at either a better price or more bang for the buck.

It is just so nice to go to a place and be able to order anything off the menu. Service was excellent and the portions were appropriate. The nachos were well stacked and the sandwich was very big. Fries were tasty albeit a little limp. But all in all it's a good place for quick food.

Absolutely love this place Specially for vegan nd veg choices. Completely worth the price. Not too costly. Food is really good and tasty. It's really spacious for sitting. Water has been provided there free of cost, it's on the side, self serice ofcourse. Their restrooms were really neat and clean. Easily located place. I don't see any wheelchair accessibility there but it's definitely convenient for disable to have dine in once they are in and kid's friendly as well.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: No

Great place and decor. Great vegan options but quantity or the portion size they serve for the price is smaller. They do not have wheat tortilla options.

Copper Branch is so so good. We eat here at least a couple of times a week.
This was the second time that I have been to one of these chains. The local vegan eateries downtown were closed (it was a Monday).
One of the reasons why I only ate at chain once before (about 18 months or more so) was that I did not feel that I received the amount of food that I was charged for. I felt that it was overpriced for what I got and it was only okay food.
Today, I got the gluten free Galaxy burger with sweet potato cubes. $18.50 after the tax was added and 21$ after the tip.
It was satisfactory. The volume of food was good. I try to avoid disposables and though I mentioned that to the cashier I still got the aioli in a little disposable dish.
The burger could use more flavour and texture.
I would ask out my usual rating places before this chain (The Moth and Padmanadi) but will know that it is an acceptable place if need be.
Service was fine. Clean. Washroom was very nice.
