Bought a large hot chocolate from this place and it was $9!!! Their hot chocolate is less sweeter than the usual hot chocolate you can get from other cafes. But the taste is mid and defs not worth the price. I love unsweetened hot chocolate and I’ve tried so many hot chocolates in Italy that are dark and really goo; but credo’s hot chocolate has nothing compared to those. Their hot choco does not have that “wow factor” that will make you say it’s worth $9. And it’s hard to tip the employees if you’re already paying this much for a drink. I think Credo should lower their prices or make their drinks taste better for it to be worth the price that they’re charging. Just my pov. :)

My mornings just don't feel right without a cappuccino from this place! Whether I'm grabbing a quick coffee solo or meeting a colleague, it's the perfect way to start the day. The staff are incredible – Olivia somehow already has my usual order going when I walk in and greets me by name, and Pablo is equally fantastic, providing that rare level of personalized service that you just don't find everywhere. Their coffee is top-notch, and honestly, I can't imagine starting my day anywhere else. This place is a true gem.

I recently visited Credo Coffee for a quick coffee meeting, and overall, I had a lovely experience. I arrived a bit early, so I ordered my coffee right away, and the timing couldn’t have been better. It was a bit chilly that day, and having my coffee served promptly was such a comfort. I also loved their coffee cups—they’re not only aesthetically pleasing but add a little extra charm to the experience.

As I waited for my friend to arrive, I noticed that seating is somewhat limited, especially during busier hours. I had hoped to snag a spot on the cozy, cushioned chair, but it was already occupied, so I settled for the high stools. While they’re perfectly fine, I do wish there were more seating options available to make it easier to find your preferred spot, especially when it’s busy.

Despite the compact layout, Credo Coffee has a nice, private vibe that makes it great for casual chats or even solo work sessions if you’re looking for a quieter atmosphere. I didn’t get a chance to try their food selection, but it looked tempting, so I’m definitely planning to sample some next time I visit. Overall, it’s a cute little spot for a quick coffee catch-up or a bit of work time.

Purchased a latte, and it tasted sour. They kindly remade it, and I requested the espresso be given separately from the milk, so I could taste the espresso. It was really, really sour and burnt so I drank the milk. It's really unfortunate because the staff are nice, and the atmosphere was really good.

It'd been 7 years since my last visit to Edmonton, and I'm happy to see that Credo is still there and is still doing well. I stopped in on a Saturday morning and it was packed, two two-group LM Strada machines going full tilt. I ordered a macchiato (done "Seattle-style," so really a cortado and not an espresso with a tiny dollop of milk- this is a very good approach to this drink, served in a tiny 4-oz cup) and as I was about to board my Red Arrow bus back to Calgary, I got a veggie wrap to go. The coffee was excellent! Credo is sourcing beans from Toronto's Detour Coffee Roasters, and Detour has devised a very good proprietary blend that tasted fantastic. The other star was that wrap- I needed to take some food on board for the 4-hour journey on Red Arrow, and wasn't thrilled at the prospect of a cold tortilla wrap but it was a good size and I figured I'd choke it down. Well, it was delicious! Not a bit dry with nice quality veg and a perfect amount of hummus to make it gel perfectly. A very nice surprise.

Don’t like paying 10 dollars for a vanilla or honey latte that tastes like a normal latte with no flavouring or sugar added. Feels like a rip off. But the service is speedy and kind in the AM, and the muffins and food I’ve tried have been tasty

I got the matcha latte and London fog. Both were good, service was friendly and prompt. I got the sizes confused and they offered to remake it for me, but it was my fault. This place had a mix of people working on laptops and meeting up with friends. The location is close to a few hotels and other restaurants so it's convenient. I would stop by for the convenience.
