Your decision to remove desserts and minis from the menu is trash, and taking away semi sweet chunk??? Insanity.
I was expecting to get the Toffee Butter Cake with my bday voucher and now it’s not gonna be on the menu? Once my points are spent, I’m never coming to crumbl again. You’ve gone and lost thousands of customers with this move. Good job.
