Oh my god the service was TERRIBLE. We went in because it seemed chill and we thought we’d give a small business a chance but were throughly disappointed. We walked in and sat ourselves and it took about 5 minutes for us to be acknowledged.there was only one other table with people. It took them 15 minutes to bring us our Mocktails. We had to get their attention multiple times to ask for our cheque because they kept forgetting. It was just sucky. The employee didn’t seem like they knew anything about restaurant service. .

Worst place, we ordered mix platter of pakoras and momo, so fish pakora was good overall. But if i talk about rest of the food pakora and momos, the worst taste i had never tasted food like this. So oily and bad in taste. Need to work on it.

Ordered karai paneer. Was very wierd. It was very sweet with no spices at all. Came here around last year. It was great experience but this was not upto expectations.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was delicious, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality you get. Great taste, generous portions, and excellent value for money. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.Best Restaurant in Edmonton 🫶

Me and my partner have been using dawaat as our special restraunt for almost 8 years and today I got the worst food ever from there. Tbh they probably lost my buissness.
The food was delicious. Love it!!
Worst butter chicken ever I had in my entire life. They added few masala to tin can tomato sauce and boiled chicken. It’s not worth of the price at all. I was craving for some good Indian food after waiting for weeks, but ended up with this absurd taste. And they labeled it as an authentic Indian food, which is not. Usually I don’t write reviews, but this amount of disappointment made me to.
Today I ordered chicken tikka and its taste is very disgusting . I did not eat that type of taste in my life .
Just you have to try once. Really you gonna find better taste
Food seemed off and service wasn’t the best either. Never going there back again.

Bad service bad food…explains why that restaurant is always empty. Had a very bad experience.
Don’t mean to be rude but this is the worst restaurant i have ever been to the food, the service everything was so bad. They didn’t even care about what the customer is ordering. Despite of them being 4-5 people, were still very slow. I don’t even think that the food was freshly made.
Very very very very junk tandoori chicken in My life
I love Daawat Restaurant. I’ve tried a lot of their food, and everything has been amazing. But the chicken biryani stands out — one of the best I’ve had, and it’s only $10! The place looks fancy, the service is top-notch, and it holds special memories for me.
