Not sure what is wrong with this DQ buth their hours is wrong. They say they are open till 11pm and everytime I try to come they lock all their doors. I’ve called and they say they are open but why lock the doors? If you’re gonna close early fix your hours on google or the door. So disappointing

I used to ride for the Great Cycle Challenge. I went for a ride that was quite a bit longer than I had planned, so I didn't have enough water or a bike lock (I know, I didn't plan well). I tried going through the drive through here on my bike, something I can do at lots of other places. I placed my order at the speaker, but a manager came out and told me to leave because it was unsafe to go through the drive through on a bike. I just wanted something a little sweet and some water. I asked him if I could just give him some cash and he could grab me some water. He said no. I asked if I could bring my bike into the store. He said no. He wasn't willing to do anything to help me out.
I was riding to raise money for kids cancer research. I needed some water at least.
I went to Wendy's a couple blocks away and the staff there were incredibly accommodating. I went through the drive through, ordered some orange juice and water, and had no issues. I went to a grassy area beside the road and almost collapsed from heat exhaustion. The water and orange juice were much needed.

Had the worst flamethrower I've ever had from a dq here. They charged me $15 for a combo meal with onion rings. There were 6 onion rings in the basket.... The meat wasn't tasty and flame broiled. Just an overall letdown, I would advise others to choose a different location.
The one near my house has high school kids running it and is about 110% better than this location.

Really I appreciate all staff over she was so patient with me and she decorate a nice ice cream cake for my son’s birthday
We use this Dairy Queen as part of the lunch program for our summer camps. The staff are friendly and the food is always ready when we get there. Even this past time when we dropped of our order for 17 people 10 min before arriving everything was ready very quickly.

Ordered a cake a while back and the the chocolate part of the cake was only in the middle like it was just put in as a blob and not spread out like it’s supposed to be as they have displayed in store. Most likely be going else where now, as it’s getting over priced and not up to quality like is was back in the day. Posted a pic of what the cake looked liked when picked up. Even when emailing don’t even get a response. This is third strike as they had issues before

I refuse to go back to this location, the acting manager is horrible. Claimed he’s never seen me before even tho I have come in to this location on multiple occasions I have lived in the area for almost 4 years. I will admit my clothing was covered in animal hair because I work with animals for a living and asked if I had pets, clearly noticing the animal hair on my clothing. While at this location hear him berating employees. Tables were not cleaned and other employees brushed it aside when customers were upset about this. Sauce portions have become smaller in the past few years. Don’t go to this location

Picked up a strawberry cheesecake for a work birthday. Staff was friendly and very quick to write Happy Birthday on the cake for me. Cake was delicious
