I am writing to formally complain about an incident that occurred tonight, January 10, 2026.
The service staff member on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. I personally experienced her behavior, and I also witnessed her being rude to other customers as well as to drivers. The way she spoke to drivers was particularly unacceptable and disrespectful.
Such behavior does not reflect well on your business and creates a very unpleasant experience for both customers and drivers. I believe this matter should be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure better service in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this issue. I hope to see improvement going forward.

I come here quite often beceause I live close by. The staff seem to be quite nice. I show up with two for one coupons and they usually let me reuse them. I've never had an issue with the service.
The bacon cheese burger is pretty good. I enjoy the onion rings as well. As for cold treats I recommend the peanut buster parfait, the blizzard or the banana split.

Asked the cashier to make a special burger, crispy bacon and other customizations. No hesitation and they cooked it to perfection! They were just simply happy to please. What a wonderful place and the people are just as good as the food. It was so good I went back the next day.

This is an awesome DQ to visit. Harmanjot always greets us with a smile and serves us right away. She even brings our order to the table. The manager is also very friendly. The store is modern and clean. There is plenty of parking as well. We have never had an issue visiting this DQ.

I would.give this Dairy Queen a zero for service and food. Noone else in deiivw thru and it still takes forever. I had to repeat my order three times and when I was at the window they made comments to each and smirked toward me. Not to mention their slsh machine has been broken for months for some reason. Very poor service and very rude workers. I am so fissapointed and I hope management sees these comments as this is not the first time they were this way. Horrible experience and no stars.

This is the worst DQ in the whole city I got a 4pc chicken strip basket and they had such little sauce and they gave me the wrong dipping sauce. They also have had the slushy machine “broken” for over a month and still don’t have it fixed. I’m disappointed not the first time I’ve gotten poor quality food and service there either
