I came to Co Do Hue in south Edmonton recently and tried their Spring Rolls, Fried Chicken Wings, and BBH. Overall, I’d give the experience 8.8/10:- Spring Rolls: 8.3/10: Nice and crunchy. More or less standard/as expected.- Chicken Wings: 9/10: Must-try. The bun bo hue is excellent here - tons of meat, big portion, perfect spice level. What really blew me away was the crispy chicken wings! I don't normally order appetizers, but they were too enticing. They arrived piping hot and fresh, with bits of stir fried veggies underneath with the same chicken seasoning. Delicious. Every table in the room had a plate of these. Very happy to have this place nearby so I can continue to get my spicy noodle and fried chicken fix!
