I oder steak pro for my wife and I it's one best soup have the food it so much food to have you won't be hungry the soup s are huge thank you for good service we will be back for more
While the food at Delicious Pho is passable, the overall experience is marred by the complete lack of customer service. At a fast-food level, expectations are reasonable: quick service, basic courtesy, and perhaps a smile. Unfortunately, even these minimal standards were not met.
The female server on duty on April 17 at 20:37, appearing to be in her 50s, offered no greeting, no eye contact, and wore a stern expression throughout. It was the customer, not the staff, initiating any interaction. There was no attentiveness, no warmth, and no effort to make the experience remotely welcoming.
To add insult to indifference, prices have risen by approximately 15%, and yet a tip is still solicited despite the self-serve model and subpar service. Itβs an audacious ask, given the context.
Suggestions for improvement:
1. Train staff on basic hospitality: eye contact, greetings, and a neutral-to-positive demeanor.
2. Rethink tipping prompts in a fast-food setting where no actual table service is offered.
3. Ensure that price increases are matched with a visible improvement in quality or service.
Until these issues are addressed, this location will continue to fall short of even modest expectations.
Ordered grilled chicken banh mi. Was a little bit disappointed since I usually got more veggi in the filling. The chicken had decent flavor but didn't taste/look like grilled... I wouldn't get it again.
Ironically, I have never had the pho here before, but I have ordered several sandwhiches. The sandwhiches are not traditional banh mi as they deviate from basic ingredients. However. The bread is always hot and crisp, and the meats are served hot. I recommend the beef satay sandwhich.
The meat is getting lesser and lesser , and more noodles .. For $17 dollars I could get more than this . So disappointed π
I ordered pho, it was a typical pho nothing special but the avocado smoothie was such a letdown. It did not even taste like avocado but more a diluted version of it and the pearls was such a disappointment like why is it so soggy.
I think we can all agree pho is pho... but ill break it down from the price point level of judt under $27.
The time frame was good and got my food quick.
There wasnt much flavor and to be honest i had a weird after taste from taking bites out of the pho. Also there was barely meat. The shrimp wraps were good and they are always a classic.
In comparison to other options in the foodcourt itself. I fi d it to not be worth it basrd on pricepoint. The options in the food court are endless and you cam find better bang for your buck.

The portions here are laughable. Tell me why I ordered a shrimp vermicelli bowl and got ONE shrimp. The meat is dry, the fish sauce was also half of what we should've got and I ordered two appetizers that needed fish sauce but only got sauce for my vermicelli bowl and after I poured it in, my noodles were STILL dry as hell. Avoid this place, order Pho Hoan Pasteur!!!
