Terrible experience we go here all the time and this time we go to order food and there was no option to add onions or peppers onto my fiancées eggs and hashbrowns the lady on the phone started getting pretty rude saying we can’t just give you free food when I was not asking for free food I was asking for a probable 5cent add on to make my fiancée happy but instead I had to cancel the order cause she has no customer service skills I was even willing to pay for it and she responds with well I guess you will go with out it…. Wow …. I then called the Denny’s on Ellerslie and they were way more helpful I even offered to pay for it again and they refused to take the extra payment and did it for free because of how disappointed I was in Denny’s on gateway -10/10 stars will never return here again … you need to teach this lady some customer service skills just Brutal
