“oh man. We tried Loma House for the first time last night. I'm newly(ish) mostly vegetarian, my better half is a carnivore. We had a bit of everything. I didn't tell him until after all of this was vegan. He said with food like this "I could be vegan!" To put this in perspective, this is coming from a man whose only wish for his birthday was some massive steaks. The food is phenomenally tasty!“

“Was pleased with our delivery of items (except the yang chow fried rice).
The steamed shrimp and corn dumplings, pan fried shrimp and chive cake & pan fried eggplant with shrimp was all delicious.
The Szechuan ginger beef was sweeter than I prefer, but the meat was so tender and not dried out like other places.
The dry garlic ribs are the best I’ve ever had in Edmonton.
Beef brisket with radish is also great.
Chicken balls are a good size and not over breaded.
Again the yang chow fried rice was not that good as the rice tasted old and dried out.
Same with the Singapore style rice noodles, just not my favourite compared to other places.
All in all a good choice for ordering in. Will definitely give it another go next time and try some more items.“

“Very quiet place, a hidden gem. We had dim sum on Sunday around lunch time. We had typical dim sum all made to order.
Food came out hot as they were finished each dish. The yummy surprise was the rice rolls in XO sauce, so good.
Highly recommended. Hope you find this hidden gem.“

“it's been a while since I was able to make in time to enjoy a full 10 course meals for an occasion. I have to say it was absolutely phenomenal I don't remember it being so good since it's been that long. I believe there are new owners now, the service the food was superb, the setting environment was clean and comfortable. can't wait to celebrate the next occasion here!“

“Not just dim sum. Our family came twice to this restaurant. We loved the Cantonese style dishes: our favorites included the beef short ribs and crispy chicken with green onions and soya sauce.
Service was polite and prompt. The round tables were perfect for group dining.“

“Just Okay—Vancouver Dimsum Still Wins for Me..❤️
I stopped by Beijing Beijing for dimsum during a weekday lunch, and it was very busy—which says a lot about its popularity. Prices are super reasonable, and the variety is solid. Taste-wise, it was fine—not bad at all—but since I’m used to dimsum in Vancouver, my expectations were a bit higher. Service was decent considering how packed it was. Still, it’s worth checking out if you’re in the area—definitely a good spot to try if you’re craving dimsum in Edmonton! ❤️“

“From the moment you step into Fu's Repair Shop you know you are in for a playful adventure… the dining room is decked out like an old garage with exposed brick and walls lined with wrenches and neon lights and a sea of red lanterns overhead… there is a bustling open kitchen and sometimes a live DJ or playlist that gives the space a speakeasy vibe while still feeling cozy and romantic… the menu offers an inventive spin on Asian street food and dim sum with rich flavours and fun plating… we shared green onion pancakes and dumplings dripping with umami broth, crispy Peking duck tacos and juicy Shanghai noodles… each small plate was fresh and artfully presented with bold sauces and spices… the cocktail program is equally creative with drinks like the mango lassi martini and a spicy Thai basil gin sour that pair perfectly with the food… service was friendly and attentive and our server made great recommendations and timed each course perfectly… despite the lively bar scene it felt upscale and comfortable enough for a date night or celebratory dinner… vegetarians and guests with food allergies are accommodated with dishes like charred cauliflower and salads and the kitchen is happy to adjust ingredients upon request… there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and washroom and although parking is paid street only the staff will point you to the nearest spots… we recommend booking a table for dinner because this place fills up quickly… overall Fu's Repair Shop is a fun blend of trendy lounge and modern Asian eatery and I can’t wait to return with friends for another night of cocktails and shareable plates.“
