Was my go to place until today. The lady who gave me my drink is good and most of the staff but the tall male cashier working today (Nov 3 around 4pm) was unnecessarily confrontational/aggressive and rude and over charged me (did not realize until after I paid but also did not want to speak up due to his attitude). Will not be going back because of this staff which is too bad because I like their Bubbletea and Green Onion cake but will go elsewhere to satisfy my cravings from now on.

I came today (Sept 30 at 2 pm) and had a horrible experience. One of the workers was a tall asian guy in all black with glasses and he was aggressive with his words and actions when I was trying to order and I felt like I was in the wrong when I just wanted my bubble tea. I understand if someone had a bad day but the fact that you’re projecting your emotions onto another person especially a customer is extremely unprofessional. I am not coming back nor will recommend this place to anybody else. He single handedly ruined MY own day just by his rude actions.

Quite confused as to why people complain about customer service when their bubble tea here is literally amazing! Give me good/well made drinks all day vs small talk. I've tried their brown sugar boba and matcha drinks (heaven!!) highly recommend those two. Although, their brown sugar boba is only available after 2pm & until supplies last. Will definitely come here more often!

Visited on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago. At the time, two Asian men were working. One was very happy and pleasant with customers, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the person who took my order was not very friendly and made a mistake with it. When I brought it to his attention, he abruptly threw the order in the garbage in front of me and said he would remake it. This felt unnecessary and rude, and it was disappointing to see food wasted in that way.

Yall got to change up those straws I saw 2 ppl today spill their drinks poking the straw into the lid lol. Get plastic ones back plz

How can we enjoy our drinks if we didn’t received any straw on it, also i put a note on our order that 1 drinks out of 4 is only 25% sugar. No notes on it which one is it.

dream tea’s drinks are the best in town! maybe I’m biased but I feel like the drinks here are consistently better than the outlet at the WEM even though it’s the same menu 😅
