Today I visited your store to pick up some treats for my daughter. I politely asked one of your staff members to give me a few minutes while I contact my daughter to confirm what she wanted. After finishing, I turned back to place my order, but the two employees I had spoken to had walked away.
I waited patiently at the counter for someone to assist me, but no one came. After several minutes, another customer walked in, and one of your employees immediately came out to help them ignoring me, even though I had been waiting the entire time.
I was so disappointed by the lack of service and feeling overlooked that I left without purchasing anything. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return.

Best Macrons anywhere! The new storefront is beautiful. Don't miss their gingerbread creation this year of the Grand Budapest Hotel.

Local gem. Don’t think I’ve ever had anything bad from here.
Looks much bigger since last time I went. Hope it stays in community for a long time.

I’ve been here a few times now! Have recommended it to multiple friends and family. I am in love. Recently went there and experienced their new location. I highly recommend, I’ve been a retuning customer. The people during the new location opening were lovely!!!! Macaroons, eclairs everything iced tried so far has been so excellently done.

Stopped by the new location and absolutely loved the selection of baked goods. The Brownie croissant and ginger snap cookies were my fave and the pumpkin spice latte was the best I've had all year. I wanna go back for the Tonka bean ice cream!

Miss the cozy atmosphere. It's too open now with the stairs right in the middle. Less space for tables. Bigger isn't better in this situation. But, the pastries are still incredibly delicious!

The cherry pie for $36 was a disappointment. Gooey, doughy, a minimal amount of fruit filling in one spot to none in another. If not for the fact that I live outside of Edmonton, I would be bringing it back.

Definitely the best macarons I’ve ever had in Edmonton! 🍰 This bakery is absolutely amazing — from the cozy and inviting atmosphere to the wide variety of macaron flavors, everything is perfect. The coffee pairs beautifully with the desserts, making it the ideal spot to relax and treat yourself. If you love macarons and great coffee, this place is a must-visit! ☕✨

The macaroons are amazing. The butter tart okay. The coffee mediocre. Still gets four stars because I went for the macaroons.
