I recently dined at Nuovo Bistro, an Italian restaurant owned by Paul, and it exceeded all my expectations. Paul's personal touch was evident as he took the time to check on each table, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the gnocchi, and I must say, they were like little pillows of heaven – freshly made and bursting with flavor. Great food and wonderful service! We had the ravioli and cannelloni and it tasted heavenly. We took the lasagna and tagliatelle florentine home with us. Paul is a great host and chef!
