Kaitlyn was honestly the best waitress I've ever had. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect without us ever having to ask. She checked in at the right times and had such a positive energy. It really made the whole experience 10 times better. I'd definitely come back just because of her.
Always reliable and delicious! Great atmosphere, amazing food, and our server Page was absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and professional. Earls remains one of our favourites!
Made a reservation but table wasn't ready when we arrived. Then the restaurant had to find a server. Finally was seated at the back of the room by the end of the bar next to the server station. Terrible table. Our server was excellent, however. The food was good. The ambience at that table was awful. Disappointing considering I made a reservation.
