I recently visited the Rec Room with my son, on my Birthday, to play some pool. The pool tables were so unlevel the balls would all roll to one hole. We tried another and it wasn't any better. Every pool cue was broken as well. Very expensive for a poor experience. Decided to get a glass of beer....9.00 dollars! After pool we decided to have a game of air hockey. Took all our credits but gave us no game. Tried the pitching game next. Didn't work properly. I understand maintenance...read full review
Horrible experience today!!! We were a large group and the server added the tip automatically…which is fine, but Nikolay never told us and gave us the machines with the tip prompt …and we all tipped 15-20% more not knowing that he added 18% to all our bills!!! We only noticed when we got home.
Very shady not to tell us…shady and dishonest.
Had a great time here at the rec room ! Lots to do and tons of games to play and it's affordable 🙂
