I come to Edmonton twice a year on business and Edo Japan Terra Losa is my go to for dinner. The food is delicious and the staff are delightful. I went in tonight, and Rovelyn, my cashier recognized me after 6 months. Amazing!

Typically fairly quiet and clean whenever I've gone; with courteous and well spoken staff. Food is delicious and well plated, though definitely on the higher-priced side for fast food. Portion sizes are average or as expected, and food quality is fresh, delicious.

Went to this location today. I ordered the sushi licious. It had been a while since I have ordered this dish. To my dismay when it came out they had changed the recipe from deep fried wonton strips to crispy onions. So unfortunately I couldn't eat it because I'm allergic. When the attendant noticed that I had eaten part of the food but not all of it she asked if everything was okay. I said yes. I asked if the onion was new. She let me know that yes the recipe for that dish had changed. And asked if I wanted it made fresh. I said no because it wasn't there fault I had inadvertantly ordered something I couldn't eat.
She came out about 5 minutes later with fresh sushi for me without the onions. I really really appreciate her going above and beyond even though it was my error that caused the problem.

MOLDY SHRIMP! Ordered a shrimp and a chicken noodle bowl and took it home. The shrimp bowl smelled off. Tasted one and confirmed it! The shrimp were mouldy. Yech!
