Ordered Ramen for my pregnant wife who just gave birth. All she wanted was Ramen from edo. I ordered the beef ramen with the broth in a separate bowl. I obviously didn't check as I had to run. In the bag was a broth and the solids separate. The broth tasted like water with food coloring. There were NO NOODLES and just A SIDE OF BEEF AND THE WATER BROTH WAS ONLY FILLED A QUARTER OF WHAT IT SHOULD. we order this all the time at all the different edos. She said the hospital food was better. Tell your staff that worked on February 02 2026 around 1200 noon to do better.... ruined the best day of her life

My phone was taking a long time because I off loaded the Edo app for space and she offered to look up my account with my phone number she also interacted with my daughter for her order which is sadly a lot of places do not do
We sat down and waited for our order number to be called but as we were talking she brought out or food we were honestly caught off guard and I apologized that I didn’t hear our number she smiled and said no problem my pleasure

I come to Edmonton twice a year on business and Edo Japan Terra Losa is my go to for dinner. The food is delicious and the staff are delightful. I went in tonight, and Rovelyn, my cashier recognized me after 6 months. Amazing!

Typically fairly quiet and clean whenever I've gone; with courteous and well spoken staff. Food is delicious and well plated, though definitely on the higher-priced side for fast food. Portion sizes are average or as expected, and food quality is fresh, delicious.
