The sign on the door said no public bathrooms. I’m not sure if I as a takeaway customer could use the bathroom.

The food isn't tasty, it's not fresh! They charge for the bag...

The food and service are great, but everytime i try a new Edo its more expensive, now its $ 18 for bowl and a drink, and they want a tip on top of that? Did they serve me like a waitress? No.

I was so annoyed at your, filled to the brim with ice, bubble milk. I was the luckiest of my family as that is all I had. My family has been sick for days after visiting this location. Only reason I can explain my health and their challenges. I will never eat here and am concerned about my child's health after this experience. Maintain a standard and explain my child's constipation. I'm thinking the rice was not safely prepared.

Ordered the teriyaki beef noodle bowl although it was good. It seemed to be loaded with produce with very little noodles and very little beef lots of carrots lots of greens lots of peppers but hardly any noodles or beef.

I ordered 2 meals through Skip the Dishes. Both came with no teriyaki sauce, it's stated on the receipt that we requested 3 scoops on each. We also did not receive the hot chili sauce on the side (also on the receipt).
As someone who loves sauce, this meal was disappointing, boring, and dry.
After reading similar reviews, I would not recommend this Edo location unless no sauce is what you're looking for.

Just called to ask a question about soba noodles and Japanese tradition for new years and she had no idea what I was even talking about. Language barrier or knowledge no clue nor so I care. Put someone on the phone that will understand.

I had a great experiance here. The food was great. The service was nice, the tables were decently clean. Overall, this is a good Edo location. There is an Edo 5 mins away from my house but I'd rather drive to this Edo because it's much much better than the Edo in Oliver square. 😊

Classic, can't go wrong with a chicken teriyaki (two scoops of course) and a nice iced tea. The simple things!

Honestly the only edo in town with good service and that doesn't skip on portions. You ask for double beef anywhere else they give you barely anything.

I’ve ordered from this location a few times now. I was impressed with their teriyaki chicken with noodles. It was fresh, hot and delicious. I’ve also tried the sushi, it was alright in a pinch. I’m not a big fan of the wasabi that comes in that packet. The service is always fantastic and the food is made quickly. I will be eating here again for sure.
