Farrow has great sandwiches and a yummy selection of sweet pastries like their donuts and cronuts, that I totally enjoyed. You won't regret giving it a try.
I've been a fan of this sandwich place for a while and often visit their other locations. The food is always good.
That said, I recently visited this particular location and had an experience that left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. While waiting for my order, I noticed what seemed like an inconsistent approach to how orders were being completed. It felt like some people were being prioritized based on who they were or how they looked.
In particular, the person working the counter seemed to go out of their way to be extra attentive or friendly to certain customers, which gave off the impression of bias. I understand everyone has their own style of interacting, but in a service setting, consistency and fairness are key.
I want to continue supporting this business. I just hope the customer experience at this location can become more balanced and professional going forward.
I wandered in on a random weekday 30 minutes before closure and tried the Montreal smoked meat sandwich and the raspberry cronut. Both were quite delicious! I just wish that they carried sparkling water as all the options were pop or other sugary drinks. Either way, would definitely go back for lunch.
My boyfriend and I walked in there on May 31st and we didn't feel welcomed in there. Also the guy at the register either has bad customer service manners or he just doesn't like his job.
Food tasted fantastic and everyone was exceptionally friendly. Couldn't ask for anything better!
My go to when I'm in the mood for a sandwich. Never disappoints and staff are always great. Try the cronuts too.
Large and delicious sandwiches! Every time I'm back in town for work, I have to come here
Came in to get some sammies, hoping my picky partner would enjoy it and we could have a new sandwich shop, and the bojack sandwich defiantly was a game changer for him. Needless to say we will be back. Hopfully sooner the later. And what ever donuts they have there are the bomb as well!
My first time here, incredibly friendly staff, I was nervous to try a donut and I was offered one on the house ❤️☺️✨️

Introduced by a coworker, I'm almost hooked to this place now for one of the best sandwiches in the city. They're Grick Middle is my favourites and I have it almost a few times a week.

Ordered the Grick sandwich. The tomato jam added the perfect sweet to the salty bacon. Bread was amazing and freshly baked. Small menu that rotates with whatever fresh ingredients they have in. Always one Vegan option.
Vegetarian options: Always a Vegan option on their four sandwiches for the day
