Cupping Notes: Dark Chocolate | Hazelnut | Caramel We embarked on a mission to create a memorable and distinct espresso to celebrate the opening of Fawkes Coffee's first café. Our goal was to combine two high-quality single-origin beans that would not only stand out on their own as an espresso but also perform exceptionally in various iced espresso drinks. We needed a blend that could cut through the sweetness of steamed milk in lattes and cortados, yet remain vibrant yet not overpowering in an Americano. To achieve this, we chose to mix both natural and washed coffees from different countries, sourced from varying altitudes and soil types. This approach aimed to develop a richly flavoured and bold espresso. We then reverse-engineered the blend, mixing the green beans prior to roasting to ensure a consistent mouthfeel and body in the final espresso.

They don't roast their own bean, but they have a good supply. You can't beat the venue. Austin an employee even recommended another location for me to check out so they're pushing flavor so this would be a great place for espresso. This is a must go too if you enjoy sitting in a beautiful place, tasting a good quality bean

I truly enjoyed my double quad Americano iced coffee with 3 pumps of hazelnut syrup, to get my spirits going. Who wouldn’t to enjoy a lovely cool down of sweetness I within your favourite cup at your favourite spot with no fawkes given, at no Fawkes. Ouuuh… rolling that paraphrase alone, makes my aura transcend. Fawkes cafe had a really nice atmosphere, the food was really filling and my favourite part of the food was the tomato soup.

I ordered the Chicken Pesto Sandwich along with the London Fog and it was well portioned and very well seasoned. The sun dried tomato’s in the sandwich were a nice touch.

My friend got the yogurt bowl and she was quite happy with how light it was.
