The ice cream is delicious and they got the sugar proportion just right, however, I realized that I started getting gut inflammation regularly. I narrowed it down to their ice cream for dessert each night. It's full of all the usual suspects, xanthan gum, carrageenan etc. The latter being a well known carcinogen as I recently found out. You guys are advertise as a small dairy and should be producing healthy food not the same garbage from the big corporations. I hope you are ashamed...read full review
