Staff were perfectly nice, but the food gave me food poisoning very quickly after having it. They also had an open to the customer fridge type thing with a broken top where the fresh juices were, which I did not buy. Not sure if they knew about it, just didnt buy one. Got a smoothie instead which taste like my aunts ham sandwiches which I could not suck down. Almost 30$ down the drain. Thanks

I got a teriyaki rice bowl with double chicken and the chicken had absolutely no flavour and tasted very old. The veggies were fresh but in general the quality and taste of the bowl was not great. Very frustrating as it cost $20. I feel ripped off.

Freshii Whyte Ave has the best costumer service I have ever received!! They are so kind and wonderful and I genuinely enjoy stopping by for a delicious lunch. I highly recommend checking it out! Some of the nicest people ever :)

I have been to a few Freshii restaurants in Edmonton and I will have to say this was the most disappointing. While it has great atmosphere and service is ok. Usually when asking to not have something they ask for a substitute for the item you do not want. Also the cost for the salad was over priced at this place there was barely anything in my salad same as my friend. I definitely will not be returning to this spot again

Terrible value for money. $11.99 plus tax for this small “chicken wrap” which literally had 3 small diced chicken pieces and filled with lettuce. Grim atmosphere with dim lighting. Service was meh. Get McDonald’s instead.

I ordered a teriyaki twiist bowl today and the order is supposed to come with teriyaki sauce but when I picked it up and got home to eat it, there was no sauce. I took a bite and the bowl was dry and tasted very bland and was not what I ordered. It was a waste of my money. I called the store to see if I could get a refund or store credit since I paid $15 for something that was not what I ordered and I drove to the store to pick up my order and no efforts were made to give me a refund or store credit. This was a bad experience and I would not recommend buying here.
Ordered soups, salad bowl, and a wrap. I ordered it to be spicy but the food was flavourless and cold. Imagine having a cold tomato cold soup. Wont order again for this location.

The last few orders were bad- smoothies with missing ingredients and didnt even have ice, chicken on the bowl was seasoned weird, bowls with missing ingredients and mostly rice. I am starting to think this place purposely does not follow the recipe to save money and get more money from customers.
