I had such high hopes for this place given the reviews, but it just didn't live up to the hype. The atmosphere was okay - the view was great, but the restaurant's interior was kind of bare bones and didn't have a great ambience. The service was also poor. After being seated, our waitress dropped by the table to get drink orders and explain the restaurant concept, but after that I don't think we even saw her again until we were leaving. Another waitress came by at one point to top off our waters, but besides that we were completely ignored. We also had to flag someone down at the end to get our bill... after our plates had already been cleared and we'd been sitting at an empty table for over half an hour. As for the food, it was fine. There was a lot of gristle on many of the cuts of steak and most of the meat was dry and overcooked. The salad bar had some good options, but the quality was again just okay. Overall, not overly impressed.

Overall it is under my expectation compare to the other Brazilian BBQ buffet.
Location is good for parking and east to find the seats inside. We are the only two tables inside.
Service and atmosphere is ok. Quiet and not able to motivate me to eat more. No music. Light is dark.
Food is not fresh 😭:
Salad bar has variety choices but some vegetables like mushroom is very sour for me. Cheese and corn is ok. The macaroni is a little spicy and salty for me. Rice is too dry.
BBQ:
Chicken leg: ok and it toasts really well
Bacon with xxx: all of the bacon wrapped is very salty and hard outside
Beef and lamb: smelly and salty
Pork wrapped with cheese: highly not recommended unless in favor of old cheese 🧀 in hot
Piapple: stay too long and a little bit too sour inside
Sausages: too salty (sorry 😔
Very disappointed and never wanna go back again. Would recommend friend not to go if possible

Reasons why I will never come to this Restaurant and why I will not recommend it to friends and family:
First, we already had parking issues. It took a while for our friends to find parking, and they had to park in the residential area. I understand it's a special day and a long weekend. Second, despite having our green cards out, we waited 7–10 minutes between servings and received only six types of meat all night. Finally, the lack of customer service from their passadores is extreme. Three of the servers looked like they didn't even want to be there. One of the older servers was rude and gave us a side glance. One of them spilled meat juice on my jacket. The manager came in, was abrupt, and asked how we wanted to settle it. He was irate and said he didn't know how much dry cleaning would cost. He then said he could take it, but later I decided not to leave it, thinking it would be just a hassle coming back to grab it with our busy schedule. He then rudely said he would cut 10%. I agreed, as I just wanted us to leave the restaurant. While paying, we noticed they didn't even remove the gratuity from our bill. I get that there are 5 of us. That's given for the number in our group. But to have a bad experience and receive poor service. As a restaurant, do you still want a gratuity? The only good experience we had was that our main server was very apologetic about the whole experience. She knew she couldn’t cut any so she asked if we wanted him to come out to talk to him. I said no, she still tried to take down 10% off the gratuity. Again she apologized. I asked if the guy who gave us the discount was their manager. She said no, he is one of the co-owners. I was shocked, he never apologized and he made it look like we were inconveniencing him, that his meat servers weren't trained properly, and that it was an inconvenience to him that my jacket was part of the menu that needed meat juice. When leadership displays such arrogance, it’s clear why the rest of the staff lacks training and hospitality. Funny part is, the restaurant cancelled my reservation on open table the following day so I wasn’t able to do my review there. If there’s a choice to give -10 being the lowest service of all time. I would give that for sure!

We were sat a very wobbly table and things were spilling. We had time move tables. Then we were told that we could only get the valentine, special. 20 dollars more than the regular price for a standard dinner. Plus automatic 18% gratuity tacked on. That got a dessert that we did not have choice of and 3 shrimp each. We were told there was 13 meats that would come around we seen 6. So much chicken drums. We got passed by so many times by the meat cutrers. Salad bar was ok nothing special. The meats were bland and not very good. We ordered pitcher of sangria and it was all ice and really blah. It was a complete rip off and very underwhelming. For 225 dollars for food and drinks that was blah. Never again would we go there.

Really disappointed in the service today. Big mistake at our table, when one of the meat servers sprayed blood juice all over the back of the chair, a jacket and down the back of the shirt of the patron across from me. The manager/owner came and said he didnt know what to do. He treated us like it was our problem, the server was super apologetic. The manager/owner didnt apologize, he took off 10% and left the auto gratuity on the bill.
I am not sure what the lack or concern was about at all. Its not the reduction…its the lack of care and concern that was the worst. Where else is it lacking at this place?

The service was absolutely horrendous. Our table kept getting overlooked and passed by several times. There were not many salads to choose from. The gratuity was automatically added onto the bill. We had them take it off because we didn’t have a waitress come to our table unless we flagged one down. If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely will not be returning.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Famuca Brazilian Steakhouse in Edmonton fo my husband’s birthday. From start to finish, everything was spot on.
Our server Terry was truly exceptional — attentive, warm, and made the entire evening feel special without ever being intrusive. Service like hers elevates a great meal into a memorable one. She extremely personable as well!
The food was delicious and incredibly abundant. The variety and quality of the meats were outstanding, and at $50 per person for all-you-can-eat, the value is amazing. You definitely leave happy (and very full!).
The ambience was perfect as well — dark, romantic, and ideal for a special night out.
We’ll absolutely be back, and we hope Terry is working when we return. Highly recommend!

The best cut is definitely the rump steak (picanha). Chicken and pork was ok and well seasoned but other beef cuts were a bit dry and overcooked. The salad bar and hot bar didn't have many options.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this restaurant, the staff is absolutely fantastic and one of the staff whom I assume is the manager remembers me and knows I prefer my steak more medium and is so sweet about cooking every cut more for me so my experience is always so great! Also, chimichurri sauce is soooo good with the cuts they bring around and not to mention their pineapple , people go for the meat but definitely stick around for the pineapple it is genuinely the best thing i've ever had! This place is similar to pampas (if anyone has ever been there) but wayyy less busy that's also a huge part of why we love it! I've been trying to gatekeep it but it's so quiet whenever we've been there I would hate for them to close down due to lack of recognition! Definitely give it a shot , you will not regret it!!
The steakhouse was amazing. I enjoyed the different types of meat and the cocktails.Loved the pineapple and will definitely be going back.😘
Came here last week as part of a big group for Christmas dinner. Being served meats carved from a skewer was a new experience for me, but the staff were awesome and came by multiple times with different meats and the roast pineapple was SO GOOD. The salad bar was pretty good too. Overall very enjoyable and excellent choice of restaurant for large group dinner!

We went here for our first time on Sat Dec 13, 2025. We went for a birthday.
First impression, difficult to get to the parking lot, make sure you follow your GPS.
It opens at 5pm and it was nice and quiet then. By 7pm, there were so many people and super loud in there. People who hate loud background noise, you will hate it here.
Suggestion to restaurant - Put in some booths, or some walls, these will drown out the outside noise and that way people can hear each other.
The food wasn't great but it was ok,you get all you can eat meat and aides for 49.99. The sides include: salads, boiled eggs, cheese, tomatoes and cheese, rice, garlic mashed potatoes, mac n cheese and more.
I think there were about 10-13 different meats. There were chicken legs, thenthere was bacon wrapped chicken, sausages, steak rump, sirloin, parmesan ham (I think), lamb (but it tasted gross).
One of the waiters didn't look happy. Heee didn't even ask us if we wanted desert, someone ordered desert and as he walked away, I called him to come back and I caught him rolling his eyes!! Wow! You work in a restaurant serving people, maybe try to control your eye rolling!
And when anyone
