I really liked the backbone soup the flavour is so good, I brought an extra one back home. My only little issue is that the seasoning, especially what seems like chili powder, gives the broth a slightly gritty/rough texture in the mouth. I tried straining the soup to remove the spices, and even though the seasoning is still in the broth, it made such a big difference! The soup tasted and felt much smoother and more enjoyable to eat that way. I’d definitely love it even more...read full review

- Issue - calling out numbers to customers is tough, can barely hear the number as restaurant is loud with lively people. They should consider paging electronic system.

If you havent tried Steel Wheels. Youre missing out. Food served late at a gold price in an amazing atmosphere.
