We went to celebrate our family get together at fumaca and it was superbly amazing. Food was super delicious. They had these little cheese buns freshly made were unique. So much variety in meat cuts and All the meat cuts were super delicious and perfectly cooked. Salad bar was really fresh with lots of choices and really loved their inhouse made habenaro sauce. Service was quick and on point . Their staff was very curteous and professional. Their pricing $50 was so reasonable and very affordable considering so much food. Way way better and less pricy than other Brazilian steakhouse (pampa) in town . Highly recommended for great food and great service. We will be back soon.

It was our first time as it was suggested by my co worker and we really loved it. Downtown view from our table was just so beautiful. Meat was so tender and so much variety. My partner was really impressed with service. We really had a great time for my birthday celebration. Great value though. Best brazilian steakhouse we have ever been to. Great location . Thank you . Highly recommended

Had to ask multiple times for the service team to bring out certain meats cause it wasn't coming out. When they finally came, they removed the meat from the skewers forcefully onto the your plate, making you feel bad about it. For example- when the chicken hearts came, they came by with the skewer, I only wanted 3-4 pieces. The server ignored my request and started to unload practically the whole skewer of chicken hearts (had probably 15+ pieces on that skewer) forcefully onto my plate. He begrudgingly said “we only made this for you, so take it.” It felt like they were trying to make us feel bad for the inconvenience of cooking food that is advertised on their menu. Be aware before going. You get what you pay for. Not worth it in my opinion.

Great food and atmosphere, service was lacking a bit being Valentine’s Day and they tacked in an automatic 18% service when I felt it deserved at 10% at best mostly because we had requested a couple of cuts to come to the table which didn’t and also forgot our drink order . Positives , food was delicious , lots of protein cuts and cinnamon pineapple for dessert was bang on!
It tries to be a Brazilian steakhouse, but besides a few cuts the overall is a distant adaptation. Black beans by itself whit a few pieces of meat in it is not feijoada. Could help if there was some farofa (cassava flour). From the hot side Mac and cheese is not a Brazilian thing lol. Could have pastel, real linguiça toscana, chicken harts, shrimp, and a bit less salt on the meat. The music was original and Brazilian. Guaraná and pão de queijo were good. Price is off too… $50 for the rodízio with what it provides is not a fair price. If you are Brazilian I right be a deception ..

Wonderful place, with amazing selections of meat. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the experience, our servers and the buffet. Most of all, we enjoyed the outstanding meats, they were so tasty and delicious!!

I always recommend it to anyone wanting a different dining experience.The food is always good, and they will bring out requests if they have them available.Dietary restrictions: I have to eat gluten free, I've had no issues dining here. There are some items you have to ask to confirm, but staff is knowledgeable
Second time at a Brazilian restaurant. Food service was prompt, though meat portions came around at uneven intervals. Upon request, certain meats were brought around. Had a good chat with my family while we enjoyed the food. Good authentic tunes. One waiter seemed a bit concerned about our appetite, but hey, we were hungry! We would definitely come back!

Chefs came around quite often with different varieties of food. A lot of their food felt similar/better than other Brazilian BBQ places. Some of the items that stood out were: striploin (quite flavourful), leg of lamb (the glaze on the lamb was superb), shrimp (jumbo size), chicken heart (interesting), grilled pineapple (refreshing), and ribeye (really good but for some reason not on their menu anymore…). Also they are a less expensive Brazilian BBQ AYCE, so I’d give them 8.8/10

loved being able to make my wife who wouldn't normally eat these cuts of meats get out of her comfort zone she had a great time and I thought the price for what you get being a hunk of meat was pretty good

Fumaca remains the premier Brazilian Rodizio in Edmonton. The servers are friendly and very attentive, the food is excellent, and the meal suited for literally every occasion. We started going here when our children were still very young and enjoyed Sunday brunches (hopefully to be reinstated soon!), to then celebrating really every occasion, then to bringing friends and relatives who were visiting, to now having business meetings. Most excellent venue! And as a super bonus, they expanded their menu now in January featuring delicacies like ribeye steak and tenderloin in bacon.
