I really like the ambience here. Everything is well organized. But having only one employee in such a big franchise is crazy. They need to pay attention to this.

Very cute and cozy place! Drinks were reasonably priced and tasted great. LOTS of boba pearls were given and they tasted fresh!

I just ordered in this restaurant and two mango smoothies and the flavor is horrible like never before, it's like eating only blended ice. I try to call and contact them but no one answers. My money thrown away. Recommendation, 0. You can see in the other comments that I'm not the only one who speaks ill of smoothies there

Absolutely love this Gong cha bubble tea!
I tried for the first time at this venue. The customizable option available there helped to make the order with my preferences.

I visited on a busy day and was a bit worried about the order time. I got my order in a quick time without facing endless waiting. Appreciate the service provided by the staff person who said her name was Cat. She handled my order and it was absolutely spot-on.

The taste of the bubble tea was great, service was fantastic. I would say, this is a better place for a bubble tea in downtown, Edm.

Tasty and affordable bubble tea. Not too sweet as you can customize your sugar level. The staff was friendly. Store was clean as well.

Worst experience the girl in the cashier was very rude and didn’t even tell us that the order is ready.

Worst brown sugar bubble tea I’ve ever had in Edmonton. The pearls were hard, and the ā€œmilkā€ tasted more like water than actual milk. Save your money and don’t come here.

Didn’t find so tasty and was charged way too much money for it
