Gong cha is one of my favorite bubble tea brand. I went to the Ultima location today. The staff is nice and friendly. My favorite menu is Lemon Aiyu with white pearl 0% sugar less ice. So refreshing ?

I ordered the bubble waffle and it was, unfortunately, the worst I’ve had. It was deflated, doughy and terribly undercooked, there was no golden brown color to it, it was extremely disappointing. I don’t understand how the employee still had the inclination to serve that.

i came here and the Service was so great. The two men working there exchanged my drink for me when I change my mind, and it made my day. this place is honestly better than Starbucks. It was clean and very welcoming unlike Starbucks.

This is my usual Gong Cha location, but we were greeted with great customer service yesterday!
5 of us visited after dinner, and we took our time deciding what to order. We were inquiring about the new Pumpkin flavour, and Jeff was not only honest about his thoughts, he was also kind enough to let us try a sample. We're glad he let us sample because that helped us with our decision!

First time boba, stayed and watched people on the street from the loft and had a nice chat with staff. GoodTimes.
The environment is really clean and welcoming. The customer service is immaculate. I literally walk over 20 minutes from my place almost ever every night just for the boba tea and their Pearl waffles. It’s so yummy ?. The cashiers would also tell you the calories in each meal for those who are on a diet. It’s a really nice place

The building is amazing, clean and quiet. And the cashier is very helpful and friendly. The boba itself is not too sweet, but I realized I could add more sugar if I wanted!! Overall, I absolutely loveeee and recommend this place!!

Small place above a bar space, we ordered strawberry mango smoothie thinking of a normal smoothie but they don’t use milk or real fruits, it’s basically syrup and ice for 8 dollars. I ordered large and wasted my money . And if you don’t tell them it’s a sugar in a glass , we added coconut jelly which was also just sugar cubes more n more sugar. My first and last time in gong cha I would say
