I ordered off of Skipthedishes, so I can't rate the atmosphere. The food, however, was extremely disappointing. The deep fried wontons didn't even have a pinky-nail's worth of meat. They were absolutely disgusting. The ginger beef was alright, though lathered in sauce, so it's difficult to tell if it's tasty in and of itself, or if I'm just tasting the sugar from the sauce. The Chicken chow mein was bland, simply put. I will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed, especially for the $50 cost of ordering in.

I’ve been eating here for years, food never disappoints other than one time something was off (no sauce or seasonings on one dish). 酸菜白肉 was very authentic and flavorful, the spicy boiled beef was tender, and the crispy wontons were light, crispy. The portion sizes are generous. The menu is small but everything is made well, the restaurant honours directions. Would definitely recommend.

After opening the new store, the old store became more and more unpalatable. And the vegetables have also changed from vegetable leaves to vegetable gangs

Ordered deep fried wontons from this place and they were still raw on the inside. My friend who ate a lot of them without realizing got pretty severe food poisoning. Horrible.

Ordered the fried wontons. We were really confused after the order arrived as the filling were barely there. We are confused if they used less fillings or it is supposed to be that way. The filling was wayyy less like an dot. The taste was good but couldnot taste much than the wonton wrappers as there was barely any fillings.
Each dish has a distinct and expected flavor, and the portions are generous. However, the ambiance can be noisy when the restaurant is full.

I've been here a few times recently and tried different dishes. Some of them are pretty good, while others are extremely perfunctory and unpalatable. Let me talk about things that need to be protected from lightning. The first one is spicy chicken, which is meat that is fried repeatedly and coated with thick flour. To put it bluntly, it is fried chicken from lemon chicken and stir-fried with salt and pepper. Do you call this spicy chicken? It feels like half of it is flour. Secondly, the mapo tofu is very small, just a little bit of minced meat and half a box of tofu. It is not numb and slightly spicy. It uses old tofu and has a firm texture. Hometown beef brisket is braised beef brisket with gravy and tomato sauce, and tomato beef brisket is beef brisket with tomato sauce and gravy. These two are delicious but not of the standard that a restaurant should have. They are very misleading. The beef brisket pot in any store can kill them in an instant.

Ordered food through Uber and food was not good. Tasted so salty it’s like they pour the entire salt bottle into the noodles and the rest of the food. Will not eat here again, spent almost $100 for this awful experiences.

small portions for the price (looks like you get more food eating in than takeout). waited almost 25 minutes for a dinner combo. food was okay. wonton soup broth was lacklustre. wouldn’t come here again.
My family ordered food from this restaurant and had it delivered through UberEats. It was to feed those left behind after a CHILDREN'S birthday party. After opening it we realized that a mistake was made and we recieved a very spicy order that was not ours. When we called to notify the resturant of this mistake, we were told to take it up with the delivery driver! Now, we are left with food that the kids won't eat due to the spice level of it and we are out our money for the meal. Order from them with caution.. I know that we never will again. Very poor customer service.

Came for lunch and overall it was pretty good. We disagree with previous reviews saying the portions are too small. For the price we found the portions to be fair.
We had the Kung Pao chicken and twice cooked pork. The Kung Pao chicken was not the best I've had but was pretty good. There were lots of peanuts which I liked and a lot more chicken then other places. The only thing for me was that the sauce was quite sweet as opposed to spicy.
The twice cooked pork had great flavour and was overall really good but we thought the pork could have been cooked longer since it felt under cooked.
Service was great and the atmosphere a bit lacking since it's a very small restaurant. We would definitely go back to try other dishes but would do take out instead of dinning in.
