We heard about this place from a YouTuber.

They used Simplified Chinese and English on the menu. (ps. Traditional Chinese is used in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, while Simplified Chinese is mainly used in Singapore, Malaysia, and China.)

The staff was very nice and helpful. She mentioned that the frozen dim sum were made by them. I also noticed that they had some dried ingredients, such as red dates and apricot kernels, which are used for making soup.

We found the prices of the frozen dim sum to be reasonable compared to those at restaurant. We ended up buying siu mai, shrimp dumplings, Hong Kong style BBQ pork buns, bean curd rolls, steamed beef balls and more.

The staff mentioned that using a steamer with a tray that has perforated holes to allow water to flow away could help preserve the taste. (This is why restaurants use bamboo steamers with steaming paper that has perforated holes)

The overall quality and taste of the frozen dim sum were delicious. My personal favorites here were siu mai, steamed beef balls, and bean curd rolls.
