One of my colleague found this restaurant and we decided to give it a try. Was not disappointed. Amazing vermicelli and highly recommend the dynamite sushi rolls. Fast and friendly service. Definitely going to come back in near future.
Definitely try the Saigon Hut vermicelli!! When I saw the bowl I knew it would be the biggest bowl of vermicelli I've ever had. Good portion of meat. Very good value and taste, which is hard to find in Edmonton.

Food was so delicious at a great price. The restaurant is a little small so be prepared to wait but the line is quick. Would recommend the vermicelli bowl and pressed crab sushi cake!
