Worst experience. I went there and it was close . Looked on google and it says closed definitely. Please update you record cuz you still take reservations and it doesn't make sense .

This place is not in business, yet open table still has it so people can reserve a table. This is what I did for valentines day only to find out it is out of business. Quite disappointing in both the restaurant and open table.

Made the reservation, took an Uber there but door was locked! Floor was full of garbage and the place was a mess!

Exhaust not working properly. Had a hard time grilling since exhaust is not working properly. Got teary eyes when smoke gets into my eyes.

I took my son here for his 10th birthday last night. The food was pretty good but the service is seriously lacking. In fact..it was very disappointing.

One server left a water dispenser running and flooded the floor near our feet. (Photo attached) The mess was eventually mopped up but we were never offered to get seated elsewhere.

There were also issues with our grill over-heating and catching fire at times, causing our seating area to be very very smokey. A separate server told me a story of a table once catching fire completely in the recent past. Very scary! The severs kept needing to turn the temperature of the grill up and down which only resulted in it being far too hot or not hot enough to cook at all.

Our server always seemed in a rush or just plain uninterested in making our experience a good one. In the video I have attached, you can see my son asking the server for a new beverage after his birthday cake was brought to the table and the server completely ignored him and just walked away. You can even see my son feeling very disappointed at being ignored. (Although he did remain polite and in good spirits)

At the end of the experience i noticed that the same server charged my son as an adult even after we told him we were there celebrating his 10th birthday. I even brought a birth certificate as proof. The server did fix the billing error, but after everything else... it just felt like another bad thing to happen.

Overall the experience was not a pleasant one and I would not recommend visiting here until they retrain their staff on proper serving and guest experiences.

Food was okayish, I cant say the best I've been better ayce bbq places. The service is so slow. We went for AYCE and considering the time limit we were not able to eat as much as we want due to slow service. Also there is no enough ventilation and it was so smoky inside.

The food is good, but the service is total a disaster! The male server only smiled and served us when we paid the bill, I knew what he thinks, he wanted to get the higher tips. But you treated us badly, why should we give you higher tips? I gave 15% tips, but next time, if the service remains like that, I will consider no tips!!!

We went here to celebrate a 40th birthday which was added / written into the reservation. However they didn't mention or acknowledge it when we got there or at all . They were very friendly however they did forget to bring 4 of our dishes until towards the end of our dinner when we asked about them and was advised they will have to charge us individually per item if it's not eaten . We also didn't know or were told that there was other options other then the all you can eat until after we paid the bill , they had no diet pop avlb which sucks when you are watching your sugars .. And when I paid they didn't ask me for my points or advertise if I was a member and I missed out on my points. But the food portion size is pretty decent and the staff are nice .

It wasn't very busy yesterday, however, our server overlooked us many times when we looked to order more food or order more drinks. We felt rushed out of the restaurant without adequately being served.
