The location saves this place. It’s great to sit and people watch. So much happening on this corner. I don’t even know what to say about the food. Average? Lacks flavour. I had a chicken burger and blueberry crisp. The blueberries tasted like nothing. The chicken burger, was ok. Not what I remember from many years ago. Service was fine.
super delicious food! insanely huge cinnamon rolls that are perfect with coffee (only complaint, bit tough and hard to cut/split—but some difficulty is unavoidable at this sheer size)

Great little place, kind of hard to get to if you're not familiar with the area. Parking is hard to find (and not very clearly marked), that aside the eggs benedict with backbacon is amazing. The coffee here strikes me as some fancy small batch light roast or something, was not to my taste. But that's quite subjective. The lattes here are good however.
