I was browsing for a quick healthy lunch option at the Southgate mall food court when this Hula Poke stall caught my eye. The signage stood out from the loud neon lights in the neighboring stalls and beckoned me in a non-flashy way.They were located in the middle of a bunch of fast food chain stalls which had quite the line up.
