I used to come here when I was a student. Amongst all the ramen I've tried, I still always gravitate to the black garlic ramen. Simple but delicious, rich and authentic. The portions are great for the cost. Highly recommend checking this place out!

The spring rolls were not cooked through — the wrapper was still raw. They looked golden brown on the outside, but when we opened them, the inside was uncooked. This is a food safety concern; you can’t serve undercooked spring rolls. The server offered to replace them, but we declined as we had to leave.

Really enjoyed supper with all friend here. I am not Ramen geek but I really loved the Ramen here. Everything we had was very good. Only heard positive comments from other tables.
Very intresting flavour, a lot of little thing done right. Broth was very authentic opaque cream colour, rich in pork flavour. There wasnt as much fat in the broth as im familiar with, normally a sign of western influence, but this definitely tasted like something from Osaka Japan. Vegitables are fresh and distinct. Best part: the pork, excellent cut, excellent roast. I think this cut is better than other restaurants in Edmonton offer. Ill be back with friends. Id have shared a photo of the bowl but i already finished

Cute Japanese noodle place with exceptionally friendly service. They have daily specials and a nice sized menu. The Ebi Tempura was so yum, crispy and fresh. Hu’s Beef Noodle soup was so flavourful. I think it’s also of note to mention that the soup wasn’t too salty. Often after haven noodle soup I feel so thirsty from the salt content and I did not experience this at all. I’d definitely recommend.

Great little ramen shop at the edge of Brewery District. The ramen was very authentic tasting, and probably one of the best I’ve had in the city.
We had the Tonkotsu Ramen, the curry and the egg fried rice. Each entree also came with a side of sesame cabbage salad. The curry was also very authentic tasting. Having been to Japan, this was a great hidden gem. And very reasonably priced!
Our server was lovely, and the service was very fast.

I've never been a fan of Japanese food or ramen but decided to try this place out and wow spicy tan tan was very delicious. Also the service was outstanding. Will most likely return.
