My Grandma's 103rd Birthday.
My grandmas birthday was March 15, 2025. The girl at the counter circled Strawberry shortcake, not the Neopoloitian cake. When we opened the box to put candles on, My grandma was devastated. The cake was so dry we threw it out.
When we talked to the Manager, She was Rude and Argumental, then told us she would not do a refund snd that the neopolitisn does not come with bavarian cream even tho their book of cakes says it does. Manager gave a paper for 20% anything she buys there next time. So my mom buys some pastry and a loaf of bread Cashier did not give 20% everything only 1 item, then turns rude and argues with my mom.
We will never buy from there again

Picked up a few bakery items today including a half & half cake slice. The bottom crust was completely dried out and the cake itself was dry around the edges. It had obviously sat out longer than a day. Not recommended.

A good selection of sweet treats in the bakery, good pricing, and very quiet on weekends, but the area of town is not the greatest, so I personally would avoid going on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Overall a positive experience.
This is my go to place for great baked items plus Amazing Deli add import grocery items.

Great bakery, sandwiches are awesome, service is great. Unfortunately seems to be an issue with a certain demographic of people that go in there and do things like steal and cause a show when caught or drop drug paraphernalia on the floor and shatters everywhere. Great shop, love the food and service, will always continue to support but a shame they've literally had to hire security to stand there.
