its good the pizza i dont enjoy much but their fries are really good the poutines are pretty good too and the burgers are good there good customer service i usually have my burgers in a certain way and they get it right i dont have to wait more then 10 min which is nice aswell would recommend eating here

I recently visited Jimmy’s Pizza Place and was thoroughly impressed. The wings were fantastic—crispy, flavorful, and so delicious that I felt like breaking into a dance right there! The atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly. I’ll definitely be returning for more of those amazing wings and to try out the pizza. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving a great meal!

1000000% don’t eat here… Would give zero if I could, first time eating here and I won’t be doing it again.

Ordered the wings and they were so dry not even sour cream could save them, it was like chewing on a hard dirty leather boot.

I ended up not being able to eat them and ordered elsewhere. Honestly this place is such an abomination of food it’s disgusting. Just close the restaurant or do something to change it. These were clearly microwave cooked.

I ordered pizza, wings and a burger. Waited way too long for a pizza that tasted like a salt lick, wings that were dryer than leather and a burger that was probably recycled. Do not eat here, and I dare them to eat their own abominations they call food.

EDIT: THE RELATIVE OF THE OWNER IS NOT A "NEW" EMPLOYEE. THERE IS A REASON THAT EVERY SINGLE "MISTAKE" CAUSES THE PRICE TO BE HIGHER THAN ADVERTISED OR THE PRODUCT SERVED TO BE SMALLER THAN ADVERTISED (WONDER HOW THE NEW GUY CONFUSED AN EIGHT-SLICE PIZZA FOR A TWELVE-SLICE PIZZA AND PUT IT IN A BOX THAT'S WAY TOO LARGE, OH, WAIT, YOU JUST ASSUME PEOPLE WON'T COMPLAIN AND THEN SAY YOU'RE BEING TARGETED FOR DESTRUCTION WHEN THEY DO). THIS IS HOW THIS PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT CHEATS CUSTOMERS: THEY THINK THEIR CUSTOMER BASE ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS, SO THEY CAN CONTINUALLY RAISE THE PRICE OR SHORT-CHANGE, AND THEY ARE NEVER GETTING MY BUSINESS AGAIN.

These people are either preternaturally bad at understanding their own published menu, or they see gaslighting the kind of people who order takeout pizza as a profit-centre. If there's a response from the owner, then I have to engage with details and they lose the second star they got because I like how they cook their pizzas.

The owner of this establishment that took over and the pub attached 82 sports pub. Has refused to pay me for Days worked stating then I cost him money when I had a family emergency and could not show up for my shift and that he had to take time to find a new employee so i cost him that money.He has lied ( told me numerous times he submitted my pay for next pay period) and obviously a thief.I have submitted a formal complaint to finally get paid for my time.After 5 months of giving him the benefit of the doubt that when I arrived back in edmonton I would have it in the mail.Then believing his stories for another month trying to resolve this peacefully.Facts? What would you like me to clear up that I haven’t already in the 5 months waiting for my pay? Trained? I came in for a few hours to be shown shift change and how to use the old school till you decided to use instead of having the tablets fixed. I dont think a single staff new the proper procedure or how to properly do a cashout without a sales reading.Im sorry my family comes first and that I was needed back home. Im also sorry that this is how you choose to handle paying a staff member her wages.How embarrassing.I do wish you luck. Remember not all advertising is good advertising. I would be embarrassed to admit I refused to pay someone for hours they worked because they had a family emergency which she flew home immediately to be with family. And your reasoning is even more embarrassing.Turnover rate in any industry is to be expected, making minimum wage in a bar that sells 500$ on a Friday night shift. I can imagine the turnover rate your seeing.Maybe if you gain communication skills and learn obligations of owning a business along with allowing management to deal with postings and reviews your business may have better ratings.Your making this name for yourself, you have no one else to blame if you continue with the shade.See you in court ?

My wife just picked up a donair and apparently extra sauce means no sauce and they don't even pick up the phone for you to end up calling them to find out what's going onFrom the sounds of the experience, customer service was lacking and it makes me wonder if I actually ever want to go back to try it againEdit: after my wife heading back I do have to admit the food wasn't bad once it was replaced, but it was rather irritating to go through this whole experience

Ordered from them and had our order canceled after 30 minutes of waiting. 15 minutes before delivery they decide to cancel it. No messages to try and correct it . Nothing. Worst service ever.Fast to check bad reviews on Google. Still worst customer service ever including lieing after in the reply in the review . You state that I didn't change it in the alloted time. But I have the proof that I did in fact change it and it was changed for a pizza. Clearly you didn't want to do the order and clearly you want to cover your bad business practices. You have two options to change an order on uber eats. One via text and one via phone. A customer places an order you do the least to accommodate them ! You took the cheapest and easiest way to do things. Reading other reviews on here just proves this ! I'd give you zero stars if I could for no service at all . Waste of time and tries to cover up his lies . I'll be contacting uber to make sure they know about this and to come look at the reviews here .
