I just want to commend how passionate and the patience that sir aaron from the frst day we got the total customee satisfaction..Consistent on greetings and service, from asking for a favor for doin an advance order for us. My excitement soon faded when our order finally arrived after a 25-minute wait. It appeared that there was either too many noodles or not enough sauce. Even after mixing it thoroughly to ensure an even distribution, the result was disappointing. The picture speaks for itself and clearly shows the outcome. One piece of egg (lol)While the wait time was understandable due to their busy period, the subpar food quality remains a significant concern.

They ask you if you want lettuce because they charge extra.They ask you if you want other stuff, then they charge extra.I was here 3 years ago.Have things changed, or am I all alone here?

I love Jollibee since I was a kid but the problem is I found a broken piece of glass in my fried Chicken, I’m so shock it’s in my mouth good thing I didn’t swallow
The food is amazing at this food chain. I always order a 6 piece bucket for $24 and spaghetti of around $7. Yesterday when I tried to order it looks like the prices have been increased so much that the 6 piece bucket that started at $17 just two years ago is now $29. A two piece meal is a whooping $15.You cant even buy food from this place anymore unless you are rich or love wasting $. I have to start cooking my own fried chicken at home.I don't blame them for increasing the prices. The economy in this country is starting to feel like African economies. :(
