The service was really bad.. we didn’t see our server ( Matey ) and had to ask other servers to assist us. Our server didn’t even come over once during the second intermission so we were unable to order more things. Other than that the performance was EXCELLENT!! Watched ABBA and it was great. Leah the Lifeguard was super friendly along with another male server in a button up with brown hair. Although our server was absent, the atmosphere food and performance was 10/10.

I had my first ever visit at this establishment for the ABBAMania show. The singers were awesome - great voices! It seemed like the instrumentals were audio recorded - if this is correct, it sure would be nice to have live instrumentals for future shows. The best part of my evening here was hearing great singing! Thank you for sharing your beautiful vocal talents - again, the singing was terrific!
The food experience was underwhelming. I personally found that portions were small for each component of the meal. I also personally found the food quality to be okay...not great...but okay. If you love mashed potatoes paired with your meat, you may want to request an extra scoop with your meal as only one scoop came with my entree.
I loved the overall atmosphere of the experience. I will return at some point.

This place has great staff, amazing food and a spectactular show. If I lived closer, this would be my go-to night out. The servers were amazing and made sure that they didn't interfere with the show at all, and they made it fun while we waited for our food or for the show to start. The acting was fantastic! The food tasted as good as it looked!

We were celebrating a 50th Wedding Anniversary, 12 in our party. The performance was amazing ! Entertaining and a wonderful trip down memory lane. Incredible talent! The food however was a huge disappointment! The samosas were overcooked , almost burnt. Lacking flavour - mango chutney was delicious. The people that ordered the prime rib left more than half on their plates and said it was tough. Those that had the roast beef again left more than half on their plates . Roasted potatoes were dry and very close to burnt . A huge disappointment. Show amazing! Unfortunately food big thumbs down .

Attended the jubilations dinner theatre and had a wonderful experience.
When I had booked the event, I accidentally had selected the wrong day. I had reached out to the box office explaining my error, and asked if there was anything that could be done. They emailed me back saying they switched our booking to our intended day, and they were looking forward to seeing us.
On actual show day, we arrived at the WEM and had some slight difficulty finding parking close to the entrance that Jubilations is near, due to the construction that's happening on the streets around the mall, but was able to find parking with some searching.
Once inside, the theatre was easy to find. Staff scanned our tickets, that you can either print off at home, or save to your smartphone wallet if you purchase them prior to the event (recommened), and walked us to our table. The wait staff were dressed in character and interacted as such while taking orders and delivering dishes.
The food for the show was delicious! We haven't gone to many events where 3 course meals are offered, but it was so nice not having to worry about waiting in line for anything. The dishes available are also themed to the performance.
The performance itself was fantastic! And impressive 4 part set, that involved a rotating main stage, and the actor's and actresses would also preform in the seating area. As well as in-between acts, the performers would walk through and engage with us viewers.
Overall a great experience, and will definitely be returning to future shows! And I suggest you also attend!

Very nice!!
Went for the Junior Jubilation - joy is free show today, and it was a lot of fun! My 2.5 yr old loved it! We especially enjoyed how the characters interacted with us at our table.

Great experience at Jukebox Heaven.
For context on price it includes 3-course dinner (served before show and at two intermissions) and the show. Alcoholic drinks and mocktails are extra. Coffee and tea during dessert are included.
It is a very atmospheric environment. We had plenty of time to chat before the show while orders were taken and salad eaten, however once the show begins its show time. The intermissions give you enough time to eat and take a bathroom break and they give you a 10 minute warning.
During the show you can't easily move around with house lights down.
Would definitely do this again next time I'm in Edmonton.
