I stop at the Sherwood Park location almost daily for a mint matcha latte. The healthy choices are all delish, the location is always spotless, and the staff are friendly-- Madi remembers my order before I even say anything. My fave place.
A regular go to! Try their falafel mezze, a fudge bar, or turmeric latte.
I stopped at kb & co this morning on my way to work to pick up a smoothie. I ended up ordering the cashew cream cheese/avacado toast to go. Because I wasn't eating it for a few hours (lunch time), the gal put everything in separate containers for me so it would be fresh when I took my lunch at work. I also bought a cookie,amazing🎶 cookie btw but she forgot to put it in my to go bag. I didn't realize until I got to work, and immediately called to let her know.
