As I was getting a lift home from work from a friend I had ordered through the app for a pickup at the newly renovated KFC by my home. About 15 minutes later I arrived to see that they had a very busy rush going on. The food was okay. Not sure why the kiosk asks to input names and the counter attendant calls out your food ordered rather than name? The dining room is cold, eccentric and uninviting.

The restaurant has been updated. Service has been pretty good as far as going into the lobby,placing an order. Best is to place an order ahead of time and pick up. Loys of Skip the dish order's going out the door for sure. It's a popular location, so it's usually busy.
