This location at WEM is terrible. Terrible service, terrible food. Tried to use coupon and was told only for orders on app which wasn’t true, used those coupons at various locations and they were always accepted. I told her that, she talked to manager and they still wouldn’t accept it. Went to the other WEM location they accepted coupon no problems. Last time at this same location we ordered chicken popcorn poutine and it was the worst one yet. My daughter loves those but this one was awful. Barely any chicken popcorn, cheese and gravy on the poutine and also supper dry. This location is by far the worst one we had food at.

I ordered the festive big crunch combo and I am really not impressed. The drink was 3/4 full when I got it. I had to go back to the counter because they had given me a big crunch instead of a festive big crunch. I then had to wait 10 minutes to get my burger in which it was made very sloppy. The chicken was also very soggy. I was really looking forward to this burger and I am very disappointed. No wonder this kfc has a 2.2 star rating. Not coming here again it's a waste of money.

I've been a loyal KFC customer for years, but my recent experience at the west Edmonton mall (small food court) location was a total disappointment. The chicken was so dry and tough, it was like chewing on cardboard. It was clear that it was old and had been sitting around for far too long. The breading was flavorless and falling off in chunks. I'm truly shocked that a fast-food chain with such a reputation could serve up such a subpar meal. This is not even near what the standards should be! Infact, before I even ordered they told me they had 3 pieces of fresh chicken available! I'll be thinking twice before ordering from KFC again. I hate leaving a bad review but this was needed and hopefully improvements can be made to get back to standards!

Spent $70 on a 14 piece family feast and 5 of our pieces were the smallest things Ive ever seen, we barely got any meat off them, this was supposed to feed my family of 5 ,the quality you guys are sending out is getting ridiculous! If we are paying hood money I expect to get a piece of chicken not a wing, stop giving people tiny pieces that don't even qualify as one, if your gunna put those baby ones in the bucket at least give people 2 for 1. Also what happened to the gravy its flavorless these days you guys definitely need some quality control.

Amazing how in Japan this chain has reservations for take-out on holidays as well as heat liners for the food. Just go to Carl's Jr. It's a 5 minute drive
