I ordered for seven kids two buckets of chicken as well as an extra large fries so I spent just under $50 and when I asked for four plates so they can share she said that she’s out of plates and only has two plates left. I can see in the reflection behind where she was getting the place that there is a full pack of plates and I told her I could see in the reflection. There are more plates and she first said no these are only cups and then I said look again, so when she looked in the reflection, then she admitted that yes she was lying about it And I said I am feeding seven kids and I just spent $50 and you will not give me two extra plates and she started laughing. I’m extremely disgusted at the service I got from the Filipino today. I really hope you take serious action.

Ordered the box set (3pcs chicken+popcorn+poutine and drinks) The 3pcs chicken is so small,not crunchy, taste old oil and some popcorn are half size. 3pc chicken and popcorn on a small box and still 50% empty. That is how small the chicken piece. It's like a quail leg. Even the cashier checked if it's there.

We went here for lunch, the service was so slow. It reminded me of the the scene from the movie zootopia, specifically the dmv scene with flash the sloth. In total we waited 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches and some fries. Although they were super nice, they all seemed lost and out of their element. Could be better

I tried to order through the app and it didn't work. But when I showed that to the lady working the till she honored the deal online! Awesome service! And the food was actually decent. Very nice!

Was waiting for my food and saw the guy in the back handling my meal ,grabbed one of my pieces of chicken with his bare hands.
The fries were oily and burger was burnt on top. I don’t recommend and KFC has to take action. The front desk lady was rude.

The food is uneatable, oily and salty. Manager doesn’t accept the fault also even if showing how oily, the chicken seems already kept for long hours, reheated and given. Not sure if I will get food poisoning.

We were at the place at 8:40pm and were turned back saying the fryer is closed as they have to dump the oil.
It was 20 minutes to closing, this only shows the respect they have for their customers and the business they are doing.
Really wish there was some check done by wem on how these guys are operating. This was not the only one, a new place called Hurry Curry also did the same exact thing and looks like it’s becoming a trand!
