We were at the place at 8:40pm and were turned back saying the fryer is closed as they have to dump the oil.
It was 20 minutes to closing, this only shows the respect they have for their customers and the business they are doing.
Really wish there was some check done by wem on how these guys are operating. This was not the only one, a new place called Hurry Curry also did the same exact thing and looks like it’s becoming a trand!

Worst customer service ever. Food was at least an hour old, tried to get a cup of water she said they will only sell a bottle. I said fine, she asked 5$ for a bottle of water. Terrible experience. Probably the WORST KFC IN Edmonton.

1. there was this lady wearing glasses who was using her phone when i walked up to the counter. 2. she started raising her voice at my while taking my order 3. handed my food did not say a word
If you are having a bad day there is no need to put it on the customers. stay home if you are having a bad day this lady should not have the privilege of having this job.
I'm really not sure why this location has such bad reviews. The lady was super nice to me. Constantly smiling and super patient with other customers. Main they made the food really quick and it was warm and perfect. I have absolutely no complaints. It was really good

The food was not good and it was cold. The staff was rude and were skeptical even while giving ketchup packet. They just gave 2 ketchup packets after asking three times. Don’t waste your Money here. Buy something good since KFC’s taste is not the same here
